Jessica Beach, President of Sýsla Services, is a U.S. Army veteran, mental health advocate, and respected leader in the federal contracting space. With over eight years of experience in federal contracts and procurement, and program strategy, she has supported a wide range of initiatives for civilian and defense agencies. Jessica is also a proud advocate of the IGY6 and Project Semicolon movements, reflecting her deep commitment to veteran wellness and community impact. Her leadership style is grounded in service, accountability, and empathy—values she carried from the battlefield to the boardroom. She founded Sýsla Services to create a company focused on ethical growth, sustainable delivery, and meaningful partnerships in the public sector. Joe Miscione, Managing Director of Providge Consulting, brings over 20 years of experience leading complex IT, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives across both public and private sectors. He has guided enterprise implementations, built and scaled PMOs, and led large-scale change initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, major universities, and federal clients. As the founder of Providge, Joe has earned a reputation for delivering high-impact solutions with precision, adaptability, and strategic foresight. His expertise lies in aligning business goals with technical outcomes—ensuring not only successful project execution but also long-term operational value.
