PatriotSky team members partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to streamline transcript ordering across more than 20 universities. Each institution presented unique systems and requirements, necessitating a flexible yet standardized solution. The team designed and integrated a custom application that delivered a consistent, user-friendly experience for both students and administrators while aligning with individual school policies. Through end-to-end support—from requirements gathering to deployment—NSC was able to enhance service delivery and scale its reach across higher education.
PatriotSky team members collaborated with Carnegie Mellon University’s Chief Human Resources Officer to assess the institution’s existing HR systems—including Workday, Oracle Taleo, and others—and develop a prioritized three-year roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. The team identified key opportunities for system optimization, outlined enhancement plans, and supported the retirement of outdated platforms. By leading the assessment and contributing to roadmap execution, the team helped improve user adoption, streamline Workday functionality, and position HR as a more strategic and user-centered function.
PatriotSky team members managed a full-scale Workday implementation for UpHealth, consolidating HCM and Financials systems across six subsidiaries under a single corporate structure. The project encompassed key modules—including HCM, Talent, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Project Accounting—with data migrated from legacy on-premises platforms. Through effective project management and system integration, the team enabled real-time data access, streamlined operations, and supported improved decision-making and organizational agility.
